Cancellation Policy
All bookings will require a credit card on file in order to hold the appointment slot. Kindly give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule. Those who do not extend the courtesy to adhere to our cancellation policy will be charged a cancellation/no show fee of 50% of the service booked. If you do not comply you will be blocked from booking in the future.
You will receive a confirmation text 72 hours before, please click the link to confirm your appointment. You will also receive a reminder 24 hours before. It is your responsibility to communicate any problems or changes with your appointment as soon as possible to avoid a fee.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it will result in a shortened service at the full price or you may be asked to reschedule.
